The receptionist - Marina - is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, walking distance to the city center/bus station, etc. The area is very quiet at night too. The hostel provides croissants and some fruits for free, which was really great. The kitchen has almost everything you need, including cutlery, filtered water, coffee, etc. The facility is pretty good too, with 2 shower booths and 2 toilets although shower booths are not big enough to keep your clothes inside.
Boasting a garden, a shared lounge as well as a bar, The Rabbit Hole Hostel is situated in the centre of Fira, 50 metres from Archaeological Museum of Thera.

Good communication with the personell, very affordable despite the location and cheaper than any hostels in Fira. The location is perfect! Not crowded and self service.

A great place to stay in Oia, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Very clean, authentic and boutique. With this place you can enjoy the atmosphere of Oia without wading through the crowd of day visitors. A night stroll or a morning coffee on the town before the cruises hit is why you should stay here. Besides, amazing staff ready to give you excellent tips on how to explore the island and have the best Santorini vacation.

A warm welcome on arrival and the staff continued to be helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent, the beach and restaurants all near by and the bus shop was also near by.

The warm welcome and the uniqueness of the room. This is a truly unique place.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Great location, 5 min walk to the bus station. Our room was spacious and the cleaners made the room spotless everyday. Strong shower pressure and loved the swimming pool. Our room was also sound proof which was perfect as we were on the ground floor.
This is a very nice hostel. Having the bunk beds built into the space makes your spot feel more substantial. Each bed has a cover, light and plug point. There's a place for your shoes and a big locker that can fit two medium size suitcases. There's two showers, two toilets and one sink in the bathroom. They provide a towel and hook for it. Best of all, its 4 minutes away from the bus station and there's lots of restaurants in the street above.
The accommodation was very clean and serviced when requested. It has great air cond, wifi, shower, safe box, iron, hair dryer, small fridge and lots of tea/coffee. On arrival there was a bottle of wine, water and orange juice waiting for us.
It's in a great location, just a short walk approx, 10 mins to Fira town centre.
Large breakfast every morning on the terrace. Own plunge pool used every afternoon/evening to enjoy the sun and cool off.
Our hosts looked after us very well indeed.
Great location. Just a couple of blocks from Fira's main square and bus terminal. Walking distance to everything in town, including many restaurants, car rentals, souvenir shops and the great views. A laundry shop is literally next door and a mini market, a few steps away on the opposite side of the street.
There is free street parking right in front of the property, but usually taken + traffic is a little crazy, so we decided to park at a safer, large, free parking lot situated 1 block down the street. No problems there.
The staff are great, and very informative and accommodating, especially Popi. Great location in Fira - on the other side of town, so no caldera views etc, but much cheaper and only a very short walk from the centre.
The full-day tour organised by the hotel was great, and their transfers from the port were good value for 3x people.
Great location, 8 min walk to fira bus station and 5 mins to caldera. Cute balcony with nice view of kontochori and exo gialos. Great air con and useful to have mini fridge for water, but no other kitchen facilities. Great price for a budgeting couple in Santorini, cheaper than hostel private rooms during high season. We would return for this reason!
The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were freshened daily if desired. The location is ideal, a ten minute walk to the downtown of Thera, which is loud and touristy, so there wasn't much noise here. They arranged a ride for me from the airport when I arrived after midnight, which cost less than a cab and was safe and reliable. The budget room was cheaper than a dorm bed in the hostel. Overall a good experience
Great on a budget, as long as you don't have high expectations you'll get on just fine here - also other people we met at the hostel were very friendly! :) Can confirm that the tents do have a lock, so as long as you keep your key safe and lock up, your possessions are safe. Though the tent only has one plug socket, there are two plug holes so no worries there. The pool was nice too!
