Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Wonderful place in a great location right across from the bus stop for St. Ives (it was cheap to get a taxi back at night as well). We stayed in the cabin, which was amazing; we especially enjoyed having our own outdoor seating area. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Friendly and helpful customer service. I will definitely stay there again.
Great location for town (restaurants, harbour, shops etc) and for Porthmeor beach. Cosy flat, that wasn't too hot in June. Comfy bed (have stayed in plenty of places that aren't comfy). Hose outside to rinse off wetsuits and a balcony to hang them on. Keysafe by door, so can store keys there when out. Space round the side to store surfboard out of sight.
Very good location, a cheap and cheerful place to stay when visiting St Ives. Would recommend to anyone on a tight budget. All amenities you would need.
What an excellent place to stay. Unless you hate hostels of course. Lots of great spaces. Dormitory beds have power and a light each plus a place to put things. Lockable cupboards under the beds. The thoughtful details go on and on. And great staff and a smashing location. I would definitely stay there again. In fact I did.
I loved everything. It she best hostel I've ever stayed in, people working there are the kindest and the most helpful, the hostel itself is very well mantained, beautiful from the inside and has a very nice common area. I worked there and it was excellet – the internet connection was stable and there are electric outlets everywhere.
Beautiful setting, great location, amazing views, good breakfast and dinner and bar staff were attentive and friendly! Room was comfortable, we loved the bunk beds for the kids!
One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! Amazing common areas, spacious and nice rooms with curtains for privacy, kind staff and great vibes all around. Super central yet quiet. Large and clean bathrooms. Pays a lot of attention to sustainability. Has everything you will ever want from and hostel!
Well-organised and spacious kitchen, clean toilets, large lockers and enough/proper space to dry your clothes outside. My room was surprisingly quiet and clean for a shared room. I particularly liked the curtains covering each bed, which gives an you much more privacy. It's certainly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed.
