YHA Liverpool Albert Dock, hotel in Liverpool

YHA Liverpool Albert Dock is a modern, 4-star hostel set in the heart of the city, next to the Albert Dock and 10 minutes’ walk from vibrant nightlife.

The breakfast looked amazing. If it was one pound cheaper we probably would have got it. I liked the arcade.

PH Hostel Liverpool, hotel in Liverpool

PH Hostel Liverpool is located in the heart of Liverpool, with free WiFi in all rooms and communal areas. It offers private rooms and shared dormitories with a communal games room, and a kitchen.

Had an issue with being put in the wrong room which was quickly resolved by the friendly man in reception (unfortunately didn’t catch his name but was working Sunday PM (26th Jan). As an apology he upgraded our room and offered us a drink on the house. Very happy guests and will definitely return and recommend to friends! Beds were comfy and our floor was quiet during the night. All of the facilities we expected, was a lovely stay.

Embassie Backpackers, hotel in Liverpool

The Embassie is a 200 years old, vintage mansion and the first hostel in Liverpool. Located in the Georgian Quarter, the property is a 12 minutes walk from the city center.

Friendly staff , warm and accommodating , was given a coffee as soon as I arrived (perfect for the weary traveller) Sat and chatted about everything from art to music to history (And football banter with Kev) I arrived early so sat off in the kitchen working The coffee was free flowing as was the conversation. If you would like to meet interesting characters from all walks of life This is most certainly the place. I first stayed here 20 years ago The atmosphere and general feel has never changed . It is a grade listed building which took a battering over the winter . New boilers have been fitted and a bit of a refurb going on downstairs but nothing to interfere with your stay . Value for money cannot be beaten in the whole of the Merseyside area considering it's central location. This is a travellers hostel not the Ritz Carlton.

It's amazing what they've crammed into a small space. The 'kitchen' is super tiny, but the shared mini fridge and ameneties are awesome to use. Great location, the first night was a little more, but the following night were nice and cheap (which is appropriate for the facilities). I really appreciated this place since I needed just a place to lay my head and leave some gear while exploring. It did the trick. Also felt very safe.

Great price for the UK Amazing friendly personnel The breakfast -for an additional price- is actually quite good It has the vibes of a family on a budget option kind of hostel, not a backpacker kind of hostel like you would expect from YHA, which makes it a bit of a different experience, a change of air

The hostel is in a great location only a short walk the the centre of Liverpool google maps assistance. The overall cost is very good compared to hotels. All rooms were very quiet and clean the charge for towel was cheap and would not bother bringing my own in the future

This is one of the best hostels I stayed in....clean, comfortable bunk beds and nice en suite bathroom (we paid the extra for private 6 berth bedroom and bathroom). The location is great, opposite Albert Docks and bonus point it is only 10 min walk from bus/coach stn.

My favourite hostel in Liverpool, stayed here many times over the years. Great location (central, but distant enough from the noisy nightlife areas). Clean, safe and comfortable. Nice friendly staff. Was very fortunate to recieve an upgrade and stay in a private room instead of a dorm. Will definitely stay here again, as I often come to Liverpool.

It's a budget backpackers hostel, a cheap and cheerful kind of place. The facilities are a little run down and the place is a little dirty, but the charm is in its heart. They take good care of you and make you feel at home. The communcal spaces were also really nice and the staff are excellent. You feel safe because of them, they're really nice guys.

Best hostel in Liverpool. Cheap. Clean. Comfortable. Staff are always lovely and now recognise me when I turn up. Hostel room I had didn’t have bunks. Extra bonus, no concussion 😂. Each bed has a plug and a lamp, other guests in room were friendly. wish they had places on Saturday as the hotel I picked wasn’t half as nice as this one. Close to city centre right near Bold street. Perfect for me as I stay here for gigs and shows. Defo will be back.
