Very clean well equipped hostel that did not require us to share our rooms with others. Spacious kitchen and dining room, spotlessly clean all the time. Helpful but unobtrusive staff. Great location in Lerwick fairly close to Tesco and Co Op, close to town centre. Comfortable bunks.
Everything a hostel should be. A great kitchen, dining area, super showers, spotlessly clean and in a great location. The adjoining cafe served up great food at a reasonable price in an amazing Gothic building.
Have stayed at the hostel several times now, and always enjoy staying there. Very good facilities, friendly staff, and a great location. Only 5 minutes walk into the centre of Lerwick.
This has to be one of the best hostels we have ever stayed in. Great location, check-in from 12:00 (great when the ferry gets in at 07:30) and really helpful staff. There was a kettle and a fridge in our room and the kitchen was super well equipped. It was clean, loads of facilities and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back again.
this is my favourite hostel of all time! very large kitchen, showers are excellent, cheap laundry services, great location and size, incredibly sociable and the staff are lovely.
