Looking for a hostel?
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

The cottage was in a great location, central to Hawes, with parking. It was a beautiful character property, with high quality interior, Wi-Fi and lovely bed linen and towels provided.

Neat little house, clean and well-maintained, with a very well-equipped kitchen, and a small enclosed patio. Great location with fields within a few feet that we and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely walks from there via public footpaths, with Gayle Beck accessible within a 15 min walk.

It was a great location on the main street in Hawes. We dined at the pub. The food & drink were good. Breakfast was very good. It was excellent value for money.

The room was very clean and felt homely. There was a lovely view from the window. Everything worked fine. The staff were very friendly and always around to help when needed (both in the hotel and the pub next door). We brought bikes and despite there being no proper bike storage, they let us store them inside and safe. Thank you very much! I enjoyed sitting out at the front of the hotel in the sun with a drink from the pub next door. A good base for exploring this part of the Dales.

Breakfast very good indeed. First rate youth hostel and great value for money especially if you have a family to feed as good multi occupancy rooms and kitchen facilities very good. Would definitely return.
