Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Excellent comments : thank you for this very nice stay .Maria and George are very kind and inform us about all we can visit and the cheapest stores for us because we had a lot of gifts to buy .Every day we had a delicious english breakfast , we had a confortable and clean room with carpet .There were supermarkets near the guest house and we can park the car at the rear in a free and safety parking. We'll come back to the Longfield guest house. Marie Ange Renaud

Great location if you need a place to stay to catch the ferry the next day. Just a 10-minute drive away from the port of Dover (provided there aren't any queues, which there probably are). The staff offered a 'grab and go' breakfast which was very convenient for us. They were also very flexible with regards to late arrival and early departure. Free and safe parking is offered, which is great for this purpose.

Karen, the host, was very accommodating. We arrived late and left early because of train delays and ferry times but were able to access the property using the keysafe and everything was beautifully presented and very clean. Karen had provided a fan as requested for Dad and nothing was too much trouble. Great location for our early start for the ferry!

The staff were ever so friendly and accommodating. I had my bike with me and was very happy that the bike was safe overnight. I had a very early start, I checked out of the property around 5:30am, and it was seamless. Great location also- very central in Dover.

The property is in great location for Dover ferry port and is a much better price than any other hotel/hostel in the area. As we were only staying for about 12 hours we weren’t prepared to pay the ridiculous costs of some of the other places.

Staying at Les Fleurs was a pleasant experience. The host provided towels, linens, ect, and the location is extremely accessible to the town centre, the castle, shops, the cliffs and the beach. It's not a 5 star hotel with all the bells and whistles, but for a short, cheap stay, it is adequate and the bathroom/dorms do the job!

Great location . Lovely cosy attic room with double bed. Felt homely and safe as i was travelling solo. Friendly host who got me avocados to have as part of my vegan breakfast as well as oat milk and plant spread.
