Looking for a hostel?
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

Great location and price. It's hostel accommodation so it was just a compact room with bunks, but staff were friendly and helpfull

Very nice place to stay when you want to spend some time in Cotswolds. Great location of the hostel - right in the town centre. Kitchen has all necessary stuff. Neat, clean and minimalist, my room was small but that's all I needed. I felt safe and welcome.

Great location! About five minutes walk from the Cathedral & Market Square and felt very safe. Also well appointed accommodation - everything you needed in a small space - the kitchenette was tiny but it had everything you needed to self cater or heat up food. Even a washing machine! The central heating was excellent and the shower hot! I felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Cirencester, made nicer by having such a lovely base.

A lovely couple runs this guest house. They are so friendly and made breakfast very well. It's in a great location and a big plus was the free safe car parking :)

We liked the friendly and helpful lady in reception. A secure lock up for our bikes, unfortunately one of our bikes was too big so we were allowed to bring it in and store safely in a quiet corner. Fun having bunk beds, family room so en suite. Good central location with plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay here again as excellent value.

Perfect for a stay in Cirencester. Much cheaper than some of the hotels nearby and much preferred to have a well-equipped apartment. Easy parking on the road and a very safe and pleasant location. Will recommend.

My friend and I agreed that The Barrel Store is the nicest youth hostel either of us has stayed in. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms and social spaces were clean and fully equipped and were ideal for what we needed; a safe room to stay in while we took part in a walking challenge over the weekend. Ideally located in the centre of Cirencester too - very close to Tesco Express, cafes, restaurants and the market place.
