Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Great location and very safe feeling area, great new bar down the street. Only 5 minute walk from the centre, lovely guy welcomed us and gave us great info. Lovely town, great market on the Saturday.
Great location for visiting Bayeaux and the surrounding area. Room was clean and a decent size for a budget hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good range on offer for the buffet breakfast.
We ate in the restaurant one the first evening and found that the menu offers limited choice. Food tasted OK. The next evening we took a 10 min walk into Bayeaux and found plenty of restaurants offering a better choice of food and wine at much lower prices. There is a fairly large carpark providing free parking onsite.
Great location to visit Bayeux and D-day beaches. Lots of car parking spaces, it’s completely safe and calm. Rooms are very clean and all beds were comfy with bathrobes and slippers. There is a large super-marche next door and the British war cemetery only 10mins walk away.
Great location - walking distance to all the Bayeux sites and restaurants, and an easy drive to WWII sites on the coast. Very spacious and well-equipped apartment and great enclosed courtyard and garden space for our toddler to safely run around. Also, very convenient laundry facilities and free parking nearby.
1. Great location with supermarket round the corner & several good & reasonably priced restaurants within 5 minutes walk
2. Apartment was clean & well-equipped & safe with convenient car-parking
Great location for a budget chain hotel, as only a ten minute walk from the centre of town in a leafy park area. Modern hotel with a good clean feel. The room and bathroom were small, which was fine for me, but could be tight for 2 large people with lots of luggage.
Drink machines and a microwave available.
There was a restaurant and bar in another hotel about a hundred metres away which you could use.
3 bed room was good as bunk bed over the twin beds was great for a kid. price was very cheap. location amazing. free parking and free WiFi
