This was a really welcoming, relaxing and clean hostel. There was a brilliant friendly vibe and the staff were helpful. There's a great central courtyard to chill out in, the beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. When I didn't have cash to rent a towel, the manager let me use one for free. I would definitely stay here again.

That it met my expectations as a "stereotypical hostel". I didn't expect too much, which was great. Luckily it wasn't so noisy when I stayed there. I had respectful hostel-mates which I didn't really bump into.

It's a nice place ,what I don't like about this kind of Hostel it's miriad of rules everywhere ..its basic common sense .all the best hostels I've stayed in the world don't have them posted on every wall ...if you can't do the minimum then you shouldn't stay at a hostel..I think there should be a minimum age of 18 for youth hostels and a minimum age of 30 for adults hostels ...the youth hostels can paper the walls with rules

receptionist was so kind and indeed as she told me there would be quiet at night, it was, wow! other guests were younger and disciplined, the location is perfect.
Used this hotel many times. Great location on street, an inside room as Canary Day celebrations going on, v thoughtful. Hairdryer and safe, fridge actually works!
The location is amazing, right in the center. Within a 2 minute walk you’re on the buzzing streets of Santa Cruz. We were a family of 5 adults and wanted a simple place for one night before heading to Anaga. Our expectations were low, just needed a place to sleep. When I booked this hotel I knew it wasn’t going to be luxury. We had the “family room” which is a private hostel room with bunk beds and private bathroom.
One of the best hostels I've been! Second time coming here and always super welcome by the staff and volunteers. Cleaning is amazing and price/location/accomodation conditions are really good!
