Staff and volunters are very kind, when i got sick the owner give me a privat room so i can have a rest and helped me with renting a car. Thank you soo much, would recomend if you are in Icos de los vinos!!

That it met my expectations as a "stereotypical hostel". I didn't expect too much, which was great. Luckily it wasn't so noisy when I stayed there. I had respectful hostel-mates which I didn't really bump into.

Great location in the center of a town. Everything within walking distance. Supermarket just around the corner. The room was very clean, bathroom was super clean, fresh towels every day even if not needed. It is a family business pension, very imtimate and safe stay.
I like pod hostels for the added privacy. Here I also had a mirror, safe and TV in my pod, felt "luxurious".
All the staff members were great, and very helpful and of course, the hostel is situated in the best part of Puerto de la Cruz.

Host was waiting with keys when we arrived. Great location in the centre of Puerto, overlooking the harbour & ocean. Apartment was spotlessly clean & comfortable. Located in a quiet, safe & secure residential building. Very little noise - except the roar of the ocean. Balcony with table & seats. Swimming pool on roof available to use. Large choice of cafe's, bars & restaurants nearby. Free, strong, wi-fi.
Really nice hostel in a great location. Very close to the beach and 15 minutes away to the city center. The staff is very friendly and kind. A good breakfast is included and last but not least you have a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony.

Loved my stay at the capsule hostel! Pods are perfect for a cheap stay with the vibe of a hostel but privacy of a hotel. A good amount of bathrooms on each floor so there was always one free. Can chrome cast to the tv in the pod which is great (but can only connect earphones with a jack and not Bluetooth), and the mirror in the pod is very handy for getting ready too. Overall great stay , great location , well worth the price :)
Super cool hostel, everyone is very friendly and there is always something going on. You can make friends easily and working remotely here is possible if you don't mind a bit of noise. Everyone was kind and considerate, it felt safe and sociable. Capsules are great for additional privacy - if its your first hostel experience this is perfect. great location in puerto de la cruz.
This is a budget hotel in an excellent position, the hotel may not be the most comfortable and is a bit outdated but its amazing value for money. Its good for what it is, the beds are not great but ive slept on worse in better hotels. I like this hotel and if I want a cheap stayover in town this is an excellent choice. I dont think I would stay for a week but for 1 or 2 nights its perfect.
