Great location, large but private pool, villa grounds/garden very good, tvs, wifi and aircon very good. Exterior Key safe was brilliant addition from last year. Plenty of storage for a family, constant hot water great. Free beach towels privided, cleaned well once a week

It is a great location, so close to restaurants, bars and a couple of well stocked supermarkets.
The bus runs twice an hour to town and is only 1.40euro. Taxis are also cheap.
Five minute walk gets you on the seafront prom which goes straight to Playa Blanca, approx 1hr walk.
The villa was in a great location, their description was accurate i.e. it was a 10 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. There is a supermarket within a 3 or 4 min walk. The pool and complex were very clean and well kept. Pool towels and cushions for the sunbeds at the pool were provided. There were 2 sunbeds in the garden and very comfortable garden furniture. The complex was very safe. Would definitely return. All my questions were answered promptly by Mona, she was very friendly and professional in all our dealings.
Staff were really attentive. Looked after all our needs. Also first pool was heated. Which was great for an early swim. The on-site supermarket was handy and not too expensive.
Less than a ten minute walk to beach and restaurants.
The Marina is lovely as usual also location for Market but nice to go anytime.
to market on a Wednesday or Saturday but go early as it gets really busy this time of year.
Overall would recommend the hotel for a cheap stay and will use it again if we return.
Great location in town, minutes from the sea, cafes and restaurants. Everything you need in a little apartment. Decent cheap price.
