Beautiful hostel in the old part of Bilbao. Shared a 4 bed female room with en-suite bathroom. Bed and pillow were very comfortable and we had our own charging point and bed light. Common area was really nice too and breakfast was included cereal bread butter jam fruit and biscuits. Tea and coffee was available all day and there was a nice outside balcony on the 5th floor. Area was quiet at night even though it was centrally located. Online checkin was easy and staff helpful. Towels and lockers are provided but you need to bring a lock. Arrived early and was able to leave my bags at hostel until which let me go and explore beautiful Bilbao for the day

It is one of the best hostels I have stayed at. The staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and have curtains for privacy. I love the social space, it is very big, open 24/7 and serve food during the whole night. They have board games and they do different promotions every day. My social experience there was very good. The location is also excellent.
