Nice, tidy albergue. Nice young man at the reception. But now is the quiet season.🙂

This hostel is super clean, with strict (reasonable) rules that keep it that way. The kitchen/social area is great and the showers clean. Easy to do laundry but only one machine so there might be a bit of a queue. There is a boot/shoe area which helps keep stinky shoe smell out of the hostel!
The rooms are not overcrowded and there are some thoughtful touches for tired peregrinos!
It a little bit out of central so we dropped off our backpacks before walking to the finish.
Highly recommended and I would stay here again for sure.

Very friendly staff, good location, you can walk to the city center. Equipment in the room basic, but all you need.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Great hostel on the Camino route. Perfect location that provides a short walk into Santiago the next day! We were able to easily arrive in Santiago by 8:30am and enjoy a day in the city.
This hostel had a huge living and communal area which was the biggest of all the albergues that I stayed in. Overall very roomy. Fruit, tea, coffee and bread were provided free of charge. Very close to the supermarket.
Great value for money. Very comfortable beds - with curtains, power plug, light. Great deployment of the beds - everyone had own privacy. Big and well shaded room (there was good air whole night and not too hot). Nice design (natural wood...) Spotless clean. Sheets, blanket and towel included. Very nice and helpful receptionist and night guard. Calm surroundings. Great for one night stay on the Camino - close to Santiago and much cheaper than hostels there (and maybe more beautiful?). Shops and restaurants nearby.
The decor, the vibe, the clean amenities and welcoming staff. The best hostel I stayed in and prefect to stop the last night to reflect before a short walk into Santiago the next morning
This would be one of the best hostels I've stayed in. It looks fairly new, and the design & layout are great. The beds have curtains if you want privacy, the lockers are outside the dorms, so if you're an early leaver you're not waking others when getting ready to leave.
The common areas & kitchen are well appointed & very condusive to mixing with others.
I loved that the lights go off automatically at 22:00
Best hostel I’ve ever been in!
The staff are so so kind, helpful and friendly.
The accommodation is modern, bright, very comfortable and spotless. The communal areas are spacious .....and perfect for hanging out in. The lovely lady at reception even lit a fire the evening I was there. Thank you to her and Juan for making my stay a great one.
Well done Milladoiro Team.
