Great stay! The place is very clean, Coke is easy to communicate with and is a welcoming host. It is close to the airport (you can even walk in about 30 minutes the path is good), there’s also nice restaurants and shops close by.
The Residencial Cardona is located 100 meters from Reducto beach, right in the heart of Arrecife. Every room is equipped with private bathroom, free Wi-Fi and TV.

It was our second stay in this hotel and not the last, for sure, as when we are back in Lanzarote next year, that’s where we are going to stay. The hotel has all the amenities you could wish for - beautiful rooms, with modern furniture, excellent bathroom, very comfy beds. There’s a dining room with kitchenette on site, so you can make simple meals there, a laundry room, free luggage lockers, a book exchange, a vending machine. The staff are lovely, ever so helpful. The whole place is spotlessly clean and smelling lovely, the cleaning ladies makes an excellent job. Toiletries are provided, WiFi works great, we couldn’t fault this place at all. The hotel is right in the centre of Arrecife, within a walking distance to the beach, shops and bars/restaurant. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return there.

Great location, safe and quiet area. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Lots of parking spaces. The host kindly allowed us to check out in the afternoon which was very helpful! We would definitely come back.

I loved the place and the atmosphere in Famara. I could leave my phone or my wallet the whole day in the room or at the beach and find it after hours. I felt really safe in the hostel and in the village. And I met lots of amazing people from all around the world. It was my first time in a hostel and it was great
Great atmosphere with the other guests. Perfect spot to use as a surf base. The kitchen was a great hostel style kitchen. We loved the roof terrace for eat breakfast and lunch. Great location near town and beach
Great location. My room was quite big (4 beds). The common area and the kitchen are quite big (you can cook). Nice travellers. The atmosphere is cool and familiar (like a small house :) Pachi, the owner is arranging (he woke up very early, before opening, for my check out, thank you :)
Blankets available for free in a wardrobe (it was quite cold).
At arriving, go the bar to find Pachi there (bar has the same name as the hostel).
