Lovely private complex and pool in a great location right near the arenal and a 10 minute walk to Calablanca.
The size of apartment itself was great with plenty of space for everyone (there was 7 of us)

For a cheap night away this apartment was perfect. A few hundred metres from the beach. Safe and secure with everything you need. It’s not luxurious but ideal. perfect for a few nights or a week away. Great value.
Fantastic view to the sea all day long from the kitchen, living room and large terrace. Great location with a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, paddle tennis and shops. Comfortable stay for a couple for both great vacation and remote work thanks to high speed internet. Very helpful and close by host. Good to have safe inside parking for the car. Lovely swimming pool. Clean and sunny apartment.
The terraces upstairs are superb, huge, sunny, beautiful spacious bedrooms. The pool is fabulous! The rental company was very accessible and responsive, they dropped off beach towels and an extra key for us.

Great location, excellent outside space, really good covered parking. The key pick up and drop off was easy and the help from the villa rental company was excellent. Very secure as well so felt safe with a young family
the hotel is modern and small and a great location. Bedrooms small bit big enougj for a few days, bathrooms new and clean. great for a couple of nights the cheapest rooms don't have a view. if staying longer than 2 nights recommend a balcony sea view room. The staff are wonderful, really helpful. the pool is small but a great addition.
The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of the beaches and supermarket. Felt safe and secure. Apartment was lovely and clean and Rodger was a great host who answered any questions we had. Xabia is a wonderful resort. We would definitely return 😊
