There's extremely little not to like about this hostel. The clear high point is the volunteer staff who all work very hard to make everyone's stay great. Special shout-out to Fran for helping me out in a pinch with a wardrobe issue and to Sebastian and Maira for going out of their way to make me feel welcome and included in hostel life. At 38, I'm well older than the average guest, but I never felt out of place and a lot of that is down to the inclusive vibe fostered by the staff. I also really appreciated that the placement of guets into rooms seems to be really thoughtful; I had a 6-bed all to myself for 4 out of my 7 nights. The beds are comfortable, the lockers are big, and the bathrooms serve their purpose. The kitchen was well-provisioned and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. I didn't spend any time there, but the rooftop terrace was impressive. There are daytime and nighttime activities daily AND a hostel Whatsapp group to stay informed and up-to-date on it all

Unfortunately I stayed only one evening but OneFam made sure that it was unforgettable. I was welcomed by Gabri who was super nice. There is such a wide variety of people, who are all amazing. If you’re a solo traveler, I would definitely recommend coming here. Everything is made possible so that you have the most fun. Walking tours organized, special access to nightclubs,.. Everything you’re looking for, you’ll find at OneFam.
I travel a lot but this is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at, with the best staff.

Great location few stops from airport on metro convenient as a solo traveller arriving late. First time staying in a hostel, and it served its purpose for a night's rest. Friendly staff on reception.
Nice facilities and communal areas next to rooms.
Clean, quiet female dorms, cubicle beds ok and curtains offer some privacy. Small but clean bathroom and toilet facilities.
Breakfast has a very basic continental style packaged pastries, but dolce gusto coffee was decent.

6 to a dorm with 3 bunk beds well spaced out. Each bed has it's own curtains and individual light. Lockers for every bed are provided.

The receptionists were really nice and helpful. In the hostel there are the maps to public transportation, which is really helpful, and also the hostel is really close to the metro and bus stations that go to/from the airport or to/from the center of the city. If you're going for a budget trip, this hostal is perfect!
The hostel is really great. Especially I love the comfortable mattress at dormitory, I have problem with my back and I usually don't expect to sleep well or long but at that hostel that was incredible)
The shower and toilet were all clean and with all the needed cosmetics, toilet paper, hair dryer.
