Staff - 24hs reception which is great. Victor was friendly and very welcoming.
I stayed in a 20-bed room and the spaces for beds are very modern and comfortable. There are sockets and usb chargers, reading light and normal light. There is a cupboard where bedding and linen is stored which also has a safe - have never seen that in a hostel before.

- spacious communal area with a fridge and cooking facilities
- the hostel was always clean and well maintained and the guests were respectful - quiet after 23:00 was enforced - I didn't experience any noise problems during the night throughout my stay

Location was amazing, close to the beach. Kitchen, room, bathroom and all the other facilities very clean. Free food on the kitchen table in the evening was a cool surprise! One of the best if not the best hostel I stayed in.
Great location and food, great balcony and view. After checkout a safe luggage room and also the oportunity to take a shower if you have a late flight.
I reserved a bed in a 4bed dormitory and I actually was the only person there .

Hostel is very clean and dormitories are excellent..each bed so private and the bed linen was very clean and white.
Close to bus stop (both to the city and to the airport). Room has a desk and mini-fridge. Great location despite being a little far from the center. Wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars near by. Very close to the ocean. Great breakfast buffet. Not noisy despite being close to the airport.

We stayed here for one night as I was visiting friends i wanted something cheap but clean.
Didn't have much contact with the staff but the few interactions I did have they were olote helpful and pleasant.
Great location in Can Pastilla, no sea views, book their sister hotel Miraflores for that and a pool.
It was cheap, basic but very clean.
Breakfast was plentyful as well. A full spread and options of foods/fruits international and contental foods.
