You can't get better location for your stay in Santiago. Right in the heart of old town.
Hostel in old building so it is not made for hostel purpose therefore once entered feels very homely. Looks like you walked into someone's house and they are giving you bed to sleep.
Whole place has 3 floors. Few showers with toilets. It has kitchen and sitting area. It felt cosy like visiting grandma:)

THE POOL! The homey vibe. The cleanliness. The thoughtfulness. Food on site and free breakfast!! Def stay here if you're going to try to be closer to Santiago. The small and secluded nature made for great bonding. Just read the instructions on how to get there and don't try to save time by going along the road like I did, I ended up walking along the highway for 20 minutes. Could've easily just have followed the camino and crossed a road instead. Thats my bad though for not reading the booking thoroughly, otherwise, this place was great! Theres even a hammock.

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Hostel is a renovated house with a sunny garden and a delightful space to hang outside in the sun, about 20m from the Camino to Fisterra/Muxia and host and his daughter are friendly and helpful. Good/stable beds with curtains, bottom linen and towel provided, 2 showers (male/female) for about 20 people but all was clean. Washer&Dryer available (fee), good quality pilgrim dinner (fee) and breakfast (fee), right at the bar/restaurant inside hostel, so you don’t need to go anywhere after arriving.
Arrived to the hostel in the evening, all wet and tired on my way to Finisterre. The man welcoming me was very kind, showed me the place around and gave me all the information I needed. I really enjoyed the common areas with a couch, armchairs, the tidy kitchen - it was super nice! There was a separate area for hanging the wet poncho. The best toasts for breakfast during my 6-weeks-long trip, along with coffee and fresh orange juice. Truly amazing, I highly recommend this place! :)
A beautiful and stylishly renovated hostel with a beautiful garden where you can also eat. Andrea is very helpful and communicative. A lovely
place on the way on the camino.
an amazing hostel with bar and restaurant. would recommend
