The location is very good.walkable distance to Luxor temple , Luxor museum , ferry to west bank ,market etc. The rooms are neat especially the bathroom..The owner Hasan is very helpful ,his nephew Mohammed is also there..they are helping us to navigate around the city. It was awesome trip to us. We will definitely come back to Luxor.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged transfer from the airport when we arrived (which was 200 EGP each) and also we were going to Marsa Alam after and they arranged a transfer for us too. We also got tours of the east and west banks of Luxor, and a trip on a felucca on the Nile at sunset. Bilal and Ammar (not sure how to spell his name but the young guy at reception) were very accommodating. The owner (can’t remember his name) also personally gave us a lift to some of the attractions and to meet with the tour guide.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The owner, Mahmoud as well as the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They helped me with organizing a trip to the Valley of Kings and provided helpful tips and recommendations about Egypt. The rooftop had a great area to hang out. The price was very affordable and it proven to be a great value. I'd stay there again!

The price is low, the hostel is incredibly clean , the location is very good, and market , restaurants are just 3mins by walk.

Villa Kaslan is SO beautiful. I had no idea it was going to be as special as it is. Our apartment was large and spotlessly clean. The area it’s in is quiet but very safe to walk around. Nobody hassles you like on the other side of the river and the staff were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the pool incredibly clean. One night I was feeling unwell and the staff bought our food up to our roof terrace so we could eat up there in peace. I can’t believe how cheap the price is for the incredible quality of service you get.
I could recommend this hostel for everyone. It is quite cheap, clean, with breakfast included into price and decent rooftop for rest or talk with other travellers. My room has very nice, big bathroom. The owner and his brother were very helpful and were able to resolve every problem. It is possible to order lunch, prepared with Egyptian lady. I felt there perfectly safe and taken care of.
