Sankt Helene Feriecenter Tisvildeleje, hotel in Hillerød

Sankt Helene Feriecenter Tisvildeleje, situated in the great nature next to the sea in Northern Sealand.

Nicely located Holiday center, 20 min walk from the main beach. The accommodation is not really a hotel. Bedsheets and towels need to be booked and paid separately. We had sleeping room for 4, which were 3 small beds and a coach (that was opened and supposed to be the double bed) on two levels. That is ok for a couple of nights. The bathroom was simple, large and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Cute cottage, creative ways to leave the keys for us (we arrived when the reception was already closed). Cat :)

Danhostel Helsingør, hotel in Hillerød

Overlooking the Øresund Strait, this hostel lies only 2 km from the Kronborg Castle and central Helsingør. It offers a private beach, and a communal kitchen.

Lovely beach location and interesting historic main building. A reasonable but interesting walk to Helsingør via the harbour and University Aquarium which is worth a visit, before the must-see Kronborg castle. There is a train station (request stop) very close by with frequent trains into Helsingor. Good en-suite units separate from the main building. Can be noisy mid week with school groups. Very good kitchen and dining area with everything you need to cook provided.

Nice position, outside the hostel is very nice and clean, with several tables to rest or eat outside. Also, free games inside like ping pong, billiard and table football are a plus if you like them.

The location was amazing, the breakfast delicious with variety. It could include fruit and more of the chia pudding 😁 Good coffee and good bread. Not enough croissants though. Vey good parking. It is a hostel, so the bedroom is pretty small but comfortable enough
