Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Flo is really nice. He wanted to create a budget friendly option in this region, so he created this hostel in his family home. His family and a workaway volunteer are living in the house.
The hostel room is on the upper floor with bunks. The instructions sent are quite clear. Tou get the keys in the room. The bunks are good enough. Their is 1 ventilator. Right next to the room is a toilet and the kitchen, which is well-equipped.
Great location on the hill, easy to visit the area; fantastic large and small apartments with all the comforts and great garden (not fenced); super clean; the owners live upstairs and are very nice and help.
Good location, Clean and well equipped apartment. Perfect for 2 families and 2 small children. Getting the key from the safety box was easy. Prompt communication with owner.
The most wonderful staff at a comfortable hotel, great location, and delicious food! We were warmly welcomed and immediately helped out with a few last minute (and probably annoying) questions we had. The restaurant was delicious (plenty of choice and quality dishes -- both dinner and breakfast). The room was spacious and with plenty of light.
- Excellent communication from property management during the stay (within minutes, very attentive and lovely)
- excellent price for quality and size of apartment
- great location within the Mosel valley and Traben-Trabech itself
- enough parks for each unit, great
Huge apartment - much bigger than I expected. Great location, very clean. Hosts were very gracious in letting us check in early.
