Both staff I talked to were extremely helpful! One allowed us to store bags in our room prior to check-in so we could go to neuschwanstein. Another time I got helpful bus advice about travelling to Reutte, Austria. Facility and rooms were pretty basic but certainly met expectations and was comfortable, quiet and clean. Most clientele seemed to be families or non partying students

In spite of Rote Villa Fuessen is a hostel with bank-beds, rooms for 4 people are spacious. There are many toilettes joined with showers prescribed to only two rooms each. Communication with owners was easy and fruitful. Considering that Fuessen is a very nice town and is the starting point to visit Newschwanstain castle, the price may be considered reasonable.
This hostel in west Füssen is a 10-minute walk from the historic St. Mang’s Abbey and Füssen Train Station. Laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi are offered.

Excellent breakfast. Somewhat variable based on who's staying at the hostel (e.g. they didn't have eggs one day), but a healthy and satisfying breakfast nevertheless. Wonderful bread and fresh fruit selection. Exceptional staff. While I was there, there were very few guest, so the house was quiet. It was like a retreat center for me. Lovely.
Surrounded by the scenic Allgäu Mountains, this modern hostel offers colorful themed rooms in the heart of Bihlersdorf. Schiff Bihlerdorf has a large sun terrace and free Wi-Fi in public areas.

I really loved this hostel! It is quite remote so it was quite a walk from the train station. It is in a nice little town close to quiet neighborhoods and supermarkets. The hostel was very quiet, clean, and in a great location to visit the Bavarian Alps.

Very friendly owner-couple running it that were kind and attentive. The modern decor and furnishings are clean and pleasant, and our double room was comfortable enough, although a bit tight on space. Good bike storage and convenient to the BO-KO bike route. The lounge room for hostel guests is nice. We had a good simple dinner there (fusion curry pasta was great) with some beer and wine, so convenient not to have to walk into town. Breakfast was excellent!

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Lots of space, clean and very well maintained, kitchen that has got everything you need, sauna, koenigscard. Attentive host and very helpful staff.
Great location with lots of options for winter sport activities nearby or only a short drive away.
Really great location. Close to the hiking paths, 5 min walk to the shops/ restaurants. Also close to the many attractions.
A nice, quiet place where you can sleep peacefully.
Highly recommended.
Beautiful view up to the mountains. Fantastic breakfast with lots of options. But the staff were the best! Super friendly and helpful. We could also park our car right outside and the area felt safe to leave our bikes locked to the car.
This was fabulous value for money. The little village is cute and cozy and the hostel is right next to snow-shoeing / walking trails in a lovely setting and nearby all the important attractions, ski, etc. The onsite restaurant was delicious and the self-service snack and breakfast area was really well organised with french press coffee in the morning! The staff was also extremely helpful.
Awesome optional Breakfast boxes (to eat in your room, take with you on your day trip or eat in the common room), great and welcoming staff! We also had a very good dinner in the restaurant. Highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a comfy stay for a good price to go on hiking day-trips.
Very comfy. Really nice hostel. I like the self check in.
