The only unusual requirement is to take your shoes off, before going upstairs to the room, you can take slippers (they are provided). I personally didn't have any issue with that, because at home you'll probably also take your shoes off :)
I stayed at the hotel for OEF festival. a 30 minute walk each way, which was fine because exercise is good. but closer would be better! not a problem though. the hotel was perfect for my needs, just a clean safe dry place to stay and live for 4 days. plenty of food at the breakfast when i was healthy enough to visit! very clean, very helpful staff. supermarket nextdoor for supplies and Trutnov is a beautiful town/countryside. hotel is right be the river.
