The hostel is clean, welcoming and cheap.
We went out for dinner with fellow travelers and Kadia the owner who is very nice.
The area is totally safe.
I highly recommend going there for a short stay in Praia.

New, clean, comfortable and spacious room and facilities. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Anton and his wife are very helpful, friendly and professional. They responded quickly to all my questions and provided help whenever I needed it. There's a convenience store a few steps from their house. They sent me a driver to pick me up from the airport who charged only half of what airport taxis charge.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. This place is really charming. Very spacious, well equipped. Our host was very helpful and nice, really exceptional. The apartment is close to the cafes, restaurants, beaches and the surrounding is safe and quiet. Definately worth visiting!
Great location near the airport and close to beaches and bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful and the suite was very good. The staff are excellent and so amazing. The food at the restaurant is amazing.
It was good located, everything was close by, by foot or car. Didn’t feel too unsafe even tho there were always people at the building door because there is a garage right in front. Nicely decorated with mostly anything you would need. Nice view from the top of the building. Very comfortable rooms. AC works pretty well and no problem with water heating. Didn’t use the kitchen but the fridge was of good quality. I would recommend it 100% after some maintenance work.

Perfect location to visit Praia and the island, and you can't have better price/value ratio. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and there is AC and very good wifi. I actually found the rooms surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The ladies managing the place are super nice and flexible. As a female solo traveller, I also felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Nice room with basic equipment, comfy bed and cooling fan. Big terrace, kitchen and social room with some gym equipment to tone your muscles. Bathroom is okayish.

the hostel is in a great location, with plenty of good food options including one round the corner that plays live music most nights. it is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is nice. most of all the staff are incredible, Joel the hotel manager is a great guy - his English is very good, and when we had an family emergency he was extremely helpful. John who is often here as well is also a great person.
