The hostel was very organized and well equipped. The plunge pool was a great addition. Quiet time is 10 pm and the neighborhood is quiet. The cafe right next door has excellent food with better than average prices. Very clean.

It’s a beautiful hostel with a nice social feel to it . Big verandahs around and a well equipped large kitchen . Great location near the beach and the pool is great to have .
Very basic room with a fan but it did the job for one night. The fan was good and we didn’t need air con. It’s got a kind of hostel vibe so I’m glad we only had one night as it’s not our style of accom, but the room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Great location, just a short walk to the centre.
Very cool hostel! Beautiful big space for hanging out with a lovely pool and well equipped kitchen. I had a private room which was spacious and comfortable, providing great value. Receptionist was super friendly and invited me to go dancing with some of the other girls!
This is my second stay at Cool Vibes Hostel, and it was again definitely a 5-star experience despite being a simple, budget-friendly place. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start. The hostel lives up to its great name by truly having a cool and friendly feel. It's easy to meet new people from around the world here, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The beach is within a 1-minute walk, which is super convenient for a quick dip or to watch the sunset. I will be back again!
The hostel was in a great location, right next to the beach. The staff here were all so friendly and helpful and constantly keeping the place clean. The hostel also had good security (at the front gate).
It had a good vibe to it and was a nice place to relax. Kitchen space was excellent, lots of fridges and places to store your food and a really good recycling system.

The pool area is nice, and the staff friendly. Everything else disappointing.
Yes its low budget, but it costs nothing to get a bedside table with a 2$ lamp.
Or a cheap wardrobe to hang something, anything.
Or a simple hook for the towels.

Stayed in room with one bunk bed and 2 singles, comfy enough. Big clean ajoining bathroom. Big kitchen for easy cooking and good shared space with tables and sofas with TV. Surfer vibe close to the beach. Also bus stops very close to hostel (note: dont get off at first stop in Dominical)
