Good location close to the beach and some good restaurants. The AC worked well. Staff all spoke English. Food was good and coffee/water available all day. Room service was good.
Located in Camarones, a 2-minute walk from Camarones Beach, Hostal CQ Camarones has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Great little hotel, nice space for breakfast and you can use the pool at the Bona Vida hostel next door . Aircon was a luxury to have and we could store our bags for a few days
Sashii Hostel is a wanderful place, in a great location in Rioacha, near to the seafront. The Hostel is so close to a market where you can find anything you want. The staff is very kind and ready to help you for any request. I also booked an amazing tour of 3 days and 2 nights in Guajira, with the same company that was the best experiance in Colombia. Really reccomanded.
- Staff was attentive. They kept our large backpacks safe while we went on tour.
- Organised a taxi for us to the bus terminal after check out.
- Great location. Close to the beach. On Friday night, the beach was lively. Vendors selling artesanal products. Beach bars to chill out.
This hostel is conveniently located close to the centre, with restaurants nearby and a supermarket next to it, so perfect if you stay here before you go on a tour to La Guajira. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even called someone who spoke English to explain the safety/security measurements to take in this part of Colombia. The breakfast was good and we loved the rooftop terrace and the hammocks on the balcony.
Everything. One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Int the dorms: capsule style beds, individual lights and fans, regulated air-con at night at a good temperature. In the other areas: lots of space to relax, a brilliant roof-top pool and bar, a room full of bean bags with a huge screen ideal for watching sports or films.
Great location. Quiet. Friendly, attentive staff. Good value for money.
Nice hostel with backpacker amenities. Air con in 6 bed dorm good temperature. Staff friendly. Good breakfast and not that big a deal to have to go to the partner hotel to eat. Hostel was full but quiet and well organized. Pool ok. Used fridge in kitchen but didn't cook Upstairs sitting area, bar.. Good Wi-Fi. Luggage storage.
The staff is very helpful, the hostel is clean and the bedrooms are great with curtains on each bed, as well as lockers to keep your stuff safe. It's well located and the breakfast is good for the price you pay. I would really recommend it if you go to Rioacha
Everything. It’s the best hostel I have been so far. Actually it’s more a super nice hotel with a dorm than a hostel. The staff was super friendly, the pool on the roof is amazing for the view and the tranquility, the dorm is super comfy with curtains on the beds, AC, the private bathroom looks like one from a nice hotel. Everything was extremely clean (first time I walk barefoot in a bathroom of a hostel)! I would give a 200/10 to this hostel! THANK YOU
