There are great facilities, in the hostel there is a beautiful tarrace with little garden, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, working space. I enjoyed the interior design of the house, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Alex who gave me all information about the city and interesting places to visit. The hostel is well located, it felt safe and there is a nice atmosphere. Very much recommended!!
Great hostel with good breakfast and lovely staff, but not a good location (I didn’t realise when I was booking how Valpo was laid out) and the kitchen had no utensils or plates or bowls. It feels safe though and the beds were comfy and everyone was friendly.
This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Great location near to the water, to the coolest murals, to the best restaurants. Warm and inviting environment. The best thing of all is the care and assistance of Marcel and Gloria who run the place. They simply can't do enough for you, and even texted me (traveling alone) to make sure that I got to Santiago safely on an Uber ride. It seems like they are never off, and will make your stay memorable.
This was a perfect place for us to stay in Valparaiso! Host and co workers were very friendly and the hostel is in a great location :)

Great location - very close to all the sights of Valparaiso but also a very safe area. It is a quiet neighborhood which is great for a calm sleep at night.
Staff were so kind and helpful - special shout-out to Franco for calling a Taxi to the bus station for me.
The Hostel has its own Cafe with vegan options.
Alex our host was fantastic! He gave lots of information about what to do in the city, kept the hostel spotless and was always friendly to chat to. The hostel has TWO rooftops to hang out on with beautiful views of the city and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also an inside chill and eating area as well as many bathrooms with hot water. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and shops, safe, clean and colourful street art. We stayed here twice we enjoyed it so much! It's also very cheap, great value for money.
