A lovely place with a nice atmosphere. The owner Sandro is very welcoming and always ready to give one a helping hand. The hotel/hostel is located right by the sea and not far from the main bus terminal.
The beds have warmers. Very good for the winter time in June. The hosts helped me plan my trip tot the Patagonia. Marco recommended bus companies, let me use his phone to contact tour guides, and drove me at 5 am to the bus station. Most out going host that do all they can to make sure you are safe and comfortable.
Been travelling for 1 month through Chile and this is one of the best hostel I ve been to. For sure the most clean! Sandro and Ledy are amazing, friendly and explained me how to move around Chiloé island and which are the best places to go. Everything is new and well maintened. Comfortable bed and good price. It was a best hostel I stayed in so far. My bed had a great mattress and bedding was of hotel's standard. The host was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. Common area is nicely decorated and a good place to meet other guests.
