Location was beautiful and ideal for a stop over. The accommodation was a lovely surprise and our kids loved it too. The food and breakfast were very good too and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The ambience, the staff, the location, the rooms were all excellent. We absolutely loved staying there and will definitely be back / very close to the Gemstock Gondola and the buses stop 20 meters from the property. It’s small and intimate and the owners are very welcoming,

I am from NYC and travel around the world. This owner runs the Hospental like the Paris Ritz Carlton. Everything was perfect, clean, and the people are incredibly hospitable. Breakfast is included and they make a home made dinner for a small fee. 5 Stars.

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Wonderful place! We were on route North and wanted to stop over in order to leave early and avoid traffic at the Gotthard. This is a great location for it, next to the highway. Way better than a hotel, with a fully equipped kitchen, a porch to sit on and a garden. Beautiful and very clean!
Nice staff, flexible approach. It is a hostel/camping so do not expect luxury. It is located quite close to the motorway at the Gothard tunnel, convenient if you need a stop over night. Great views, you can even make a short trips to the Alpin valley nearby.

Good location, comfortable huts. Very clean and convenient little houses. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and games in the garden. Very nice athmosphere overall for a great price (Especially for Switzerland)
Near to autostrada, nice location up the side of the valley. Half the price of other places in the, area. Tasty three course evening meal including a drink (CHF 23), and the owner gave me some breakfast even though I left early, before the official breakfast time. Very clean basic room with two bunk beds, private shower and shared WC. CHF 0.70 Tourist Tax, CHF 10.00 supplement for large dog.
