The view from the hostel is great because it is located up the mountain from town. However it is difficult to reach - and the bus only runs until around 17:00 - so if arriving late it's expensive to take a taxi there. Breakfast was great - plenty of options and nice to have included. Room was okay. It would be nice to have a screen for bugs to not get in - or a fan so you don't need to leave the window open at night. Beds were overly simple - could be done better. There are not outlets at the bed which makes charging devices harder. There is definite room for improvement - a few simple things to make a big difference in the stay.

Very bare bones stay, but location was near a bus stop and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a good value and nice in that it was served in our room, so we were able to enjoy it out on our balcony.

Amazing View. Our room balcony had a amazing view of the mountains, we loved it. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Short walk from Murren Train station. Great location. Lot of nearby restaurants. Nice breakfast and helping staff. This hotel, we actually lovely the stay and one of the highlight of our whole Europe trip.

Felt super welcome from the moment we arrived, Jeannette and the rest of the staff are all absolutely lovely! Hotel is in a perfect location with amazing views but just enough away from the centre to give you a bit more privacy. Rooms were very clean and modern, even though we stayed in the “budget room”. Absolutely recommend this place 😊
Great location of the hotel to the cable car and the grocery nearby. Incredibly amazing view from a room on the mountains. Nice breakfast with different options and food to choose, although it was only cold dish that was served. Room was cozy and stylish, however it looks like the hotel has not been renovated since a while. Personnel was nice and helpful. We reallly enjoyed our stay and if we only get a chance to come back to Murren, this object could be our first choice once again.
Everything was really great, chef was friendly and personable, the breakfast was excellent, the dormitory comfortable and varied in sleeping options, and the location is idyllic and not too remote.
