The view from the room was amazing, the kitchen and common areas were clean and up to date. It is close enough to town and the station to walk and it's right on the walking trail to the valley

Loved the host! He was super friendly and got our room upgraded for free as we had to hike in the snow. The facilities were too good and it was quiet and calm as well.

The location is so beautiful. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Huge dining area to hang out and eat self cooked food.
Overall a nice experience
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
The location of this hostel is breathtaking. You are surrounded by mountains. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Bf was included, and let me tell you, what a great breakfast! They offered pizzas for a cost at night, and they looked amazing! Drinks were also available. The shared dormitory was ok, and the whole house too. Toilet facilities shared but cleaned.
This is one of the greatest locations on earth! The views are literally incredible. The hostel is positioned perfectly to enjoy the views, or to start a hike. It is also right next to the cable car station, so it's super convenient. Everyone was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome, and the breakfast was very good.
The location and vibe can’t be beat! It is great fun with a lovely community feel and amazing community spaces. There is no better view in the world. The breakfast was basic but good and the pizzas at night were great! I had stayed in 1998 as a backpacker and loved it so much I returned 25 years later with my family:)
After all, this is a hostel. It is run by friendly college students who need to be more professional. It took a long time to check in because there was only one computer. They would not check you in even five minutes before 2 PM!
The entire process of checking in is chaotic. This is not a hotel but a hostel. Families with little children was staying there.
I would rather stay in Murren and pay more for a more comfortable stay.
