I had a wonderful stay in a beautifully decorated and comfortable room that was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Erica was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to assist with any of my needs. I highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality and stylish ambiance.
Located within downtown Toronto, this student co-op lends rooms out to the public throughout the summer. The hotel is an 8 minutes' walk from the Dundas TTC subway station.

The hotel (dorm rooms converted) are decent for sleep, but you should pack your own pillow and essentials (drinks, snacks, toiletries, and extension cords). The best part that it is centrally located downtown which makes it very easy to get around. Close to subway, bus, and rail systems. I typically book here due to its affordability and proximity to nightlife. Breakfast is okay, however, there are several local stores, restaurants, and a supermarket within 2-3 blocks range of the hotel.

The location is quite good, not too far from downtown.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
I've stayed in most backpackers hostels in Vancouver and Toronto and I must say the Vibe and Staff are what I expected... If you come to Toronto on a budget or just want a Hostel setting with people around and a short walk to TTC and the Danforth , this would be your best bet...

The hostel is good value for money. Possibly one of the cheapest accommodations in downtown Toronto, it is a fair choice if you just need a place to sleep at night. I was in the city for a work and just needed a clean and safe place to rest for the night before an early meeting the next day. This served the purpose. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good location close to public transport options.
This hostel far exceeded my expectations. The location (bang in the middle of downtown Toronto) is great. Cleanliness (from what I saw) was fine. I felt safe in the mixed dorm I shared with 3 other people (1 man and 2 women). I did not get to enjoy the breakfast provided as I had to catch my bus, but the fact that it's included in the price is great.
All in all, a great option for solo travellers on a budget. I'll definitely be back!
The hostel was in a good location around 10 minutes from downtown and waterfront. The beds were comfortable and clean. Value for money if looking for cheap stay in Toronto.
I like that the beds has curtains for privacy. Towel and beddings provided. Private bathroom in the room. There's no locker in the room but there's a safe box for keeping small valuables. The hostel is in a nice location close to the CN Tower and Union station.
Not the best hostel I stayed in (I had better hostel experience in Montreal) but I think it's best one in Toronto.
This is not a boutique hotel - it is more akin to a youth hostel; rough around the edges, limited/poor amenities, poor construction, and dated/in need of renovation. It is not cheap either - definitely not worth the cost of the room - I've stayed in several in downtown Toronto recently and this is not a good option.
