I really liked the WhatsApp Group where you could Share your plans. Everybody from the staff was super nice. The Shared space is comfortable.

Location is nice if you're looking for somewhere a little quieter. It's about a 45 min walk to the main centre of Porto de galinhas but the hostel itself is only a 2 min walk from the beach and the walk to the main centre is very nice along the beach and lots of palm trees. Place was cleaned daily, no issues with cleanliness although the toilet gets blocked very easily. Kitchen was ok with all essentials for cooking. Breakfast is nice including coffee and fresh fruit.
Galinha d'Angola has an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities, a garden and bar in Porto De Galinhas. 2.9 km from Maracaipe's Beach, the property is also 600 metres away from Hippocampus Project.

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
The location is close to the town centre, and also very close to the beach. The breakfast is good, every day has some different food. We ordered food from the hotel restaurant, which was also cheap and delicious.
I have stayed in many hostels in different countries, and this was one of my absolute favorites! The staff was excellent and very welcoming, and they even made me vegan breakfast in the morning! They also introduced me to the other people in the hostel, so it was easy to get in touch even though I don’t speak Portuguese :)
The location is fantastic: right at the beach, and you can walk along the coast into the city; most tours will pick you up at the door. It's just perfect! I would stay here again.
I was supposed to stay 2/3 days and ended up spending more then a week here! It felt like home. The kitchen is super clean and has everything you need, great breakfast each morning and Isabelle welcomed me warmly. Best hostel I've been price/quality wise! 🤍
Everything was very clean and well organised. It was a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Great location on the beach. Good breakfast and menu at the restaurant. Safe pools for the kids. Good security. We would definitely return.
