This is an beautiful hostel. Flavia the lady that is running it at the moment is such a beautiful woman with a kind heart. She keeps the place in such good shape it was always very clean and comfortable. It has a wonderful terrace with a view of the tree tops. It’s a little bit outside of the village but only by five/ten minutes - something which I really appreciated to be honest. There is a lovely friendly cat, and the cooking facilities are great and spacious. The mattresses are good and the Wi-Fi too.
Had room 5 . Great breakfast, great location, staff very good. Wifi good. Actually stayed 9 nights. Will definitely stay there if/when back in itacare.
The breakfast was amazing and the staff was kind and helpful.
The room was comfortable overall, quite spacious , and the hostel is well located.
I quite enjoyed my staying giving I kept extending 😅
Great location; amazing hostel staff - particularly Ivan who is always there to help, answer any questions or just talk. Very easy to meet other travellers because of the whatsapp group and generally great facilities for a hostel! Also very clean - the daily room cleans are a god-send given the amount of sand.
Owner is so friendly, he goes out of his way to make you comfortable. Has a great view and lots of hammocks and places to chill over 3 levels. Is close to praia 1 and 2 and the light house viewpoint which are the most popular spots. Also 10 minute walk to the ferry. Great location compared to other hostels
Amazing and unique stay in the middle of the jungle!
This is probably the best hostel I’ve ever been to. completely eco friendly, vegan breakfast, surrounded by nature and with amazing and welcoming staff.
Though walk up to the hostel may seem long at first (10 minutes from the main square), it is always worth it. So nice to see the a different face of Morro.
The bed and accommodation areas are spacious and toilets were separated to avoid noise from others.
Would definitely return soon.
