I stayed in a private double room, it is quite small but was perfectly clean and with air conditioning, that is a must have in Barreirinhas.

The hostel is very close to the river where all the restaurants and pubs are. You can walk there in less than 10 minutes and the area is safe.

The hostel is clean, breakfast is good and the people are very nice. I just loved staying there and will surely stay there again, if I ever cone back to Barreirinhas.
The stay in the hostel was perfect for me that I travelled alone. Even though there wasn't a lot of people I felt comfortable. The host take good care of you, organize the tours for you if you want. It is a 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and shops, but a calm area, so that it is safe to walk around.
