Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
The property was in a good location, right across from the Kalgoorlie train station and not far from the Main Street of Kalgoorlie. The property was safe and secure and everyone was friendly.
The rooms were clean and tidy, and we couldn’t hear our neighbors next door, because of the sound proofing walls.
The hotel has a great location and we enjoyed the classic features of a country hotel including the verandahs, sweeping staircases and high ceilings. There was a great sound proof door between the bed and verandah so there was no street noise during the night. We ate at the hotel as well which was very convenient.
