Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
The owner proprietor is a lovely friendly man. Rooms are easy to access, parking. Safe, security patrolled.
The groundsman and I had to help with a first aid incident. An aged man walking around without his cane.
Handled professionally.
You can sit outside and read the morning paper.

Very central. Great location! Great value for money! Felt very safe as two female travellers! I can’t remember the owners name (very sorry) but she was so lovely and welcoming!
There was easy access to the property which was in a central location. There was a distant ocean view and a lovely strong sea breeze when the door to the side of the property was opened. As a self contained unit, it had everything needed for a stay, whether it was one night or more. It was cheap and cheerful and that's exactly what you'll get if you are on a budget.
The location suited my short business purpose one night stay.
