Contiki Haus Schöneck, hotel in Kitzbühel

Set 16 km from Golfclub Kitzbühel Schwarzsee, Contiki Haus Schöneck offers 3-star accommodation in Hopfgarten im Brixental and has a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar.

Staff were honestly fantastic - they tried so so hard to accomodate the guests. There was an igloo party one night at the resort (nothing to do with the hostel) and the girl on reception arranged a coach off her own back so the guests could go (as it was hard to get home from) - genuinely fantastic effort. If the bar was just a little quiet the staff often went and had a beer with the guests etc so they felt accommodated. Breakfast was fantastic - really good buffet with hot and cold options - staff were attentive and kept it topped up, food was really well cooked. Location was pretty good - its around a 5 minute drive from the ski resort, and they put shuttles/coaches on morning and night. Bear in mind the prices you pay for accom right at the slopes I really cant complain at all its a great concept. The only thing I could mybe mention location wise is there's not much in the nearby (20 mins walk) town of Hopfgarten - places to eat, and apres ski bars in the town and coming off the slopes, but not really anywhere to drink after about 8pm, (except the hostel itself) unless you get a taxi to the next town Westendorf, which isn't walking distance and was around 30 EUR taxi. The whole place was absolutely spotless - the staff/managers certainly appeared to take a real pride in the place - and why not its lovely. Overall thanks very much guys, had a fantastic time, you were brilliant.

SnowBunnys BackPackers Hostel, hotel in Kitzbuhel

SnowBunnys BackPackers Hostel has free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Kitzbühel.

A truly unique place to stay—definitely quirky, even very quirky, in both good and not-so-good ways, with a strong bohemian vibe. Finding the place and discovering the entrance was a bit tricky, but everything else was interesting, from the rabbits inside the hostel to the ducks and chickens in the courtyard. And all of this is right in the heart of town, surrounded by expensive hotels. If you need a place to sleep, freshen up, park your car or motorcycle, and cook your own meals, this is the perfect spot. Plus, you have a great chance to meet other travelers with fascinating stories. And of course, the price was way below all the different offerings I could find around.

The holiday home was a nice little place in a quiet town with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very nice  well-equipped apartment  with little garden + pool. Friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly. We are 5 people with our three big girls (two young adults, one teenager, and a dog). Two of the girls slept in bunk beds in a room connected to the kitchen, and the last one slept in the living room. We parents slept in the bedroom. .

Great location close to the town and lifts. Susan is a great hostess very friendly and helpful. She is great company and provides a professional service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Was also very kind of Susan to let us use the little kitchen to cook some home comfort food. The breakfasts were also delicious and kept us full all day

Great apartment in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to the Hopfgarten gondola, so it's ideal for a skiing holiday! There is also a boot room in the basement where you can keep your ski equipment. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is also a lovely feature.
