Two young boys who were managing the front desk were very professional and fluent in English. They made our stay very enjoyable. They were doing everything in the hostel. The cleaning lady was also very good. The staff reduced our disappointment.

The guys at the reception were great! Very welcoming, gave lots of information and tips. I had a room to myself, which was very basic but actually had everything I needed. Loved the blanket. No sounds from outside or of people in the communal kitchen.Beautiful building. Location is about 2 blocks from the main street. Breakfast and lunchbox were ok. There is a bar/restaurant on the premises. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and helped us to book a tour to the glacier with them for cheaper than we had found online, and a taxi to the bus station. The hostel was well maintained and very clean. They provided free coffee and some basic cooking items such as oil. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and crockery - perfect for us as we cooked all of our meals during our stay.
Staff were super helpful! Sent us a map of the town with things to do, and helped us with what we needed to know about the day trips glacier and Fitzroy! Great breakfast and clean and new facilities and heated floors. Best hostel we've stayed in Argentina!
The tours they offer in the hostel are much cheaper than the ones you see on the internet or in agencies in the city center. I definitelly recommend taking a tour with the hostel, I did and it was really worth it!

Nice quiet hostel only 10mins walk from the main hub of town. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. The people working there were really helpful and we booked a trip to Perito Moreno with them for much cheaper than we'd seen online.
