Of course, one of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic swimming pool. Set on a citrus farm on the banks of the Sundays River, Avoca River Cabins offers game drives, 2 outdoor swimming pools, a children’s playground and conference and wedding facilities. Great stay surrounded by wildlife, orange plantations. The chalet was very well equipped and the park for our son was so good fun. The kayaks were also a highlight.

The pool was lovely. The secret garden was really wonderful. We enjoyed having our tea and listening to the birds sing.

The River House Addo Southern Gate offers accommodation in Colchester. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Everything about our stay was amazing especially our hosts, they were welcoming and friendly, they made our little getaway more exciting and comfortable by going the extra mile.... so big thanks to them and we will see them again soon🙂
