Set in Dong Hoi, Lena Homestay & Villa offers beachfront accommodation 1.3 km from Nhat Le Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden and a shared lounge. Everything about Lena Homestay was great. Easy check-in. Clean room. Good hot shower and air conditioning. We even had parking available for free. It’s close to the riverfront and there are many good restaurants literally steps away from the front entrance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Dong Hoi area.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Phong Nha, The Hill Villas is a homestay surrounded by views of the lake. Clean and comfy rooms with a good breakfast.

Featuring city views, Phong Nha Memory Homestay in Phong Nha features accommodation, an indoor pool, free bikes, a garden, a bar and barbecue facilities. This is probably the best homestay I have been to. They are located right next to the river bank. The rooms are great with fantastic balcony spaces. And the views of the river are fantastic. The people at the homestay are very helpful as well.

Located in Phong Nha in the Quang Binh region, Phong Nha Tuan Garden House features accommodation with access to a public bath. The hostel was very clean and the pool was an added bonus. We had a private room with our own bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. It was perfect for our stay. Town was an easy walk away. It took us about 20 minutes. The owner picked us up at the bus stop when we arrived. We find that the son who spoke very good English was very helpful. He booked our tours, a bus from Hue to Phong Nha and a driver from Phong Nha to Hanoi when our flight was cancelled. The restaurant was fabulous and be sure to take part in the family dinner. It was inexpensive, delicious food booked by mom and sister and lots of fun. I would recommend staying here as it’s great value and the family/owners who all work together to run the place try very hard to please.

Heartwarming hospitality. Super nice, attentive and helpful host. Clean and very comfortable room. good breakfast and very delicious and authentic meals eg for dinner. Peaceful and nice view from the patio where you have breakfast. we absolutely loved it here and wished we could have stayed a little longer. An and his wife are absolutely lovely! 100% recommended.

Quy was extremely nice and helpful. He really tries to make your stay as nice as possible in every way. The room (had a private one) was very nice, spacious, comfortable and felt clean. The common area hut is really nice as well and a lovely meeting point for all the other guests. All the other people I saw and met there were very friendly too, a nice crowd of travellers who enjoy seeing something different besides the most standard attractions in Vietnam.

Fantastic scenic location with lovely staff and great food. They made me feel very welcome, and for a solo traveller this made me enjoy my stay in Phong Nha even more.
