Unfortunately we fell ill during our stay but Jess kindly looked after us, giving out medicines and ginger tea to nurse us back to health! 🍵 To top it all off, i noticed i'd left my bag on the bus booked by Jess for our onward journey. Clean and basic lodgings, great for experiencing life in the Mekong. Thanks to the mosquito nets and insect repellent provided, we didn't get a single mosquito bite. Mr Human made us feel very welcome and looked after us so well. The dinner his mother cooked was generous and delicious and a good way to experience local home cooked produce. Recommend you take a tour with Mr Human to Cai Rang floating market, land market and rice noodle factory. He has excellent English and answered our constant questions, and his local knowledge is very handy. A memorable experience.
