Located in Chau Doc, Cherry Homestay - Hoàng Đế motel offers accommodation with spa facilities, wellness packages and a steam room. We stayed 3 nights. comfy bed, spacious room, fridge freezer, nice n Clean, attention to detail like extra blankets provided, complimentary sachets, water. Breakfasts were good. Generous portions. Most notably we had exceptional service, help and communication from Sora, our hostess. She happily helped us with EVERYTHING. She's world class service and we feel very grateful. We happily recommend this homestay

The room was spacious and comfortable and so well lit - the balcony was great! Everything was clean and organized. Vi and her family were AMAZING! So helpful and welcoming, we felt we could have easily stayed much longer. The location was excellent and Vi helped us with where to go and what to see - just wonderful! She even helped us find a great place for haircuts and also for massage! They offered to do our laundry for free (so generous!), Vi helped us get to our next destination and they served coffee, tea, fruit and other yummy things for breakfast! So fabulous! We have stayed in a lot of homestays in SE Asia and Vi and her family have it dialed in like nobody else! I would highly recommend this homestay!

They made us feel welcome! We had a clean room with mosquito net and a fan. There are hammocks to chill in! Truc and her lovely sister made a tour with us to the floating market in Long Xuyên. She also showed us the best restaurants on the island! One night we spend in a café playing the game UNO and one night we did karaoke (if you want and brave enough to sing karaoke!)! The mother of the family was like a mom to us! Her food was delicious!! One evening it was raining heavily, why we couldn't get out to find a restaurant. So the mom invited us for dinner! She also gave us a lot of fruits (yummi mangos!). The island is beautiful and calm! If you looking for a real for an authentic Vietnamese experience and a peaceful place, don't look further! You found it!

We arrived at the hotel at 8am but were supported with early check-in at free of charge. The room was clean and comfortable. Scooter rental is reasonable price. Will come back.

Spent 2 days at the homestay, incredible host, helped us book a boat for the floating market, bus to Châu Đọc and was really eager to help and make us comfortable. The place is clean. Thank you for the kindness.

We rented a whole villa which was supposed to have 3 bedrooms with A/C and private bathrooms. It turns out that the third bedroom was in the attic with only a little opening for a window. The A/C was very noisy and only worked intermittently. On top of it all, the bathroom was located on the ROOF and it can only be reached by walking across the roof and out in the rain! Finally the property is located on a Main Street where large trucks pass through at all hours of day and night.
