Walking distance to downtown great for drinking. Food and entertainment downtown was great. Have to partake in moonshine tasting. Locals talk funny with an accent but very friendly. Hidden gem for little money. Felt safe entire time.
Great hosts and excellent breakfast in the morning
We stayed on a Sunday night and a band was on in the beer garden in the afternoon, with lots of locals there. There's outdoor tables next to a stream. The food was good. Friendly staff. Room was spacious with two double beds, small bathroom, hot shower over bath, basic but comfortable and clean.
The cottage has all the facilities needed for a home stay. The kitchen is quite big will all facilities needed to cook for a family. There is a river stream close by and is easily accessible. It can be viewed from the balcony too and we can hear the sound of the rushing water. The owner and the staff are very co-operative and they help the customers in all their needs.
Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was amazing. Great host Rose Mighty.
