The owner was there greeting upon arrival and showed me the room, bathroom and as an unexpected add on the coffee/tea corner, where they also had a fridge stocked with fresh fruits of the season, some butter and cream cheese for the biscuits etc. It was clean and quiet and I had a good night’s sleep.

The host, Sharon, was really accommodating to meet demands of my family even though they were not mentioned before when I made the booking and she made sure that the stay was perfect for a family (even at 12 midnight). About the location: You need an Uber, which costs around 12 dollars(if u r with a family) or a bus to catch train to nyc from Penn Station of Newark for daily commute. Walk at odd hours to commute not recommended. Cost: Worth it if you r on a budget for a short trip.

I want one at home! The people managing the place were extremely friendly, snacks and coffee/ tea available, all was clean and nicely decorated, and the house was bright and comfortable. The shower worked well, too. I was surprised at how well the code locks on the door worked. The street parking was also easy, and there is a good taqueria down the street, if you want to grab a local bite to eat.
