Besides the accomodation having everything you might need: big room, cooking and laundring facilities, interior garden, quiet and cozy, the location is a dozen minutes walking to the MTA, the train direct to Grand Central Station in Manhattan. Excelent host, living nearby and giving all advices you might need to visit and have good time in the Big Apple. Thank you, Peter, I'll stay only there for my next visit and give this choice to all my friends.

Convenient, clean with a cute resident cat. I needed to stay in NY for one night, whilst in transit. I am a lone female traveler. I have never stayed in this kind of accommodation before but it was fabulous. Close to JFK, great value for money … and felt completely safe. The extra ‘snacks’ was a very thoughtful addition and the hosts were extremely communicative. It was spotlessly clean and had all the conveniences that a traveler requires.

I traveled to New York a few days ago, I liked the room, it is small but comfortable and it had heating and the water in the shower was also hot. The couple who hosted us are very nice and friendly.
