Nice house in a quiet area, cool cats with different characters but all very cute and affectionate, plenty of parking space, great places to eat within half a mile, homey atmosphere, beautifully lit artsy yard with a clean pool you can swim in, and the hostess!!! - chat with her, get advice, hear stories, simply have a beer or/and a smoke. She is kind and cool, despite all the rules :). I enjoyed the experience very much. An advice for the future guests - read messages!!!!! And once again read them. The location of this home is in a nice, clean, and quiet neighborhood which looks safe The host was very pleasant and was there when we arrived. Also, he reached out to me earlier to confirm when I would arrive. He answered questions we had via email and in person. The room was comfortable. He provided two bottles of water in a mini fridge in the room. There was a microwave in the room. The bathroom was set up nice with needful items such as towels, soap, etc. The accommodations were basically what you would find in a small hotel room. Overall, a very nice stay for my first time visiting Las Vegas.
