We recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Zia Gianna and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly hosts Nino and Hans, who made us feel right at home. Not to mention, Bruno the dog was an absolute delight and the star of the show :-) The B&B itself was gorgeous and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. Nino is a fantastic cook, and we looked forward to waking up each day to a new culinary delight. Overall, I would highly recommend B&B Zia Gianna to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Savannah. The hosts were amazing. Thank you, Nino, Hans and Bruno, for a wonderful stay!

Terletak 38km dari Zoo Atlanta, Luxury Bedroom with Private Bath menyediakan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Exceeded my expectations. When I opened the front door the first things I said was "Wow and Damn!" Luxury to the highest level. They even provided snacks. If you are in the Hampton/McDonough area and do not stay here, you have wasted your money. Host response time is amazing. Zero issues. I will be back. You would have to stay here to believe it.

I didn't have breakfast at this facility. The facility is clean, comfortable, quiet, and has the basic items needed for any stay. I will recommend any friend or family to book this facility.

Everything was excellent. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we could need and a lot we didn't need but may have wanted. The place was clean and quiet. the amenities were exceptional and the whole place was warm and cosy. It was very near anything you could wish to eat as well as the Bear Hollow Zoo and The State Of Georgia Botanical Garden both of which we visited, as well as one of the few remaining Chop House restaurants. and the Disco Emergency switch was a cooky surprise.A place for a couple ,,or maybe someone with a small child. Will stay again if I get a chance to.

This is a great base for enjoying a UGA football game, attending classes, or enjoying Athens.

This place is beautiful. The river is relaxing, with continuous bubbling as the water passes by. The view is very private and calming. It’s far enough away from everything to seem like you are completely alone but a 10-15 minute drive takes you into historic Dahlonega and the surrounding area. Our room was very spacious and unbelievably clean. There were more “extras”, like toiletries, snacks, coffee and tea assortments, etc, than we’ve ever seen before. The bed was very comfortable and our hosts were very nice.

I loved everything about this place, ESPECIALLY, the host family! I have never encountered a sweeter, kinder, more lovely family, including the teenage son. The apartment was perfection! Clean, walkable, cozy, beautiful, quiet and in the most gorgeous neighborhood. Cannot recommend this place more! We were blown away with every detail, and Kelly!! We will be back!
