The suite was very neat and put together.. the staff on site gave me a walk through, so that was very helpful.

We landed in Denver Airport after a long international trip. We were delayed but allowed to check ourselves in at 2am. Our hosts had made up two rooms for my daughter and me even though we had only booked the one. They drove us to the bus station the next morning to help us get our hire car, even gave us cash to pay for the bus should we need it! Proper hospitality that!! The rooms were clean, coffee and fridge and netflix, we enjoyed jetlagging for a day or two before our onward travels. Personable and kind hosts, many thanks.

This booking was for my son, who only ended up being able to stay one night because the job he went to begin changed his schedule and he was unable to commit to it and so came back to Utah. Don was kind and welcoming to him when he arrived. My son said the place was wonderful and wished he would have been able to stay.

Joe and Debbie were genuinely kind and generous people. There was a lovely touch to everything in the house and the room. It’s very rare to find this level of care nowadays.

Set in Boulder and only 1.4 km from University of Colorado at Boulder, Boulder Guest House offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was just as expected. I was pleased to have a reserved off-street parking spot. The room was clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, quiet, and overall quite charming and home-like. The breakfast options and filtered water were handy. I would definitely stay here again.
