The staff were super friendly, helped us to get settled when we arrived early and to book a taxi when we left. Loved the extra touches like fruit on arrival and the map of good food places. Very cool vibe. Great location. Would definitely recommend!

Set in Tainan, 6 minutes' drive from Tainan Railway Station, Home In Tainan offers cosy guest rooms. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Absolutely amazing. The staff makes sure that everything is alright, they are texting you if anything, they also made themselves a map for sightseeing. Everything is super clean, well decorated, confortable. Nothing to say really, well done !

We were given the check in details prior to arrival and the instructions were clear. We arrived before the check in time and they helped with the storage of luggage. While we were out, they informed that they had given us a free upgrade for the room and it was an extremely pleasant surprise when we checked in as the room was extremely spacious, which made our 4-night stay in Tainan really comfortable. There's also snacks provided at the lobby and it's quite a good selection. They also provided water dispenser which is convenient and environmentally friendly. The location is also convenient to most of the attractions and food, but it can be quite a walk (10-15mins) to the places that open later at night. Lastly, we are also grateful to the staff for helping us receive our online order items and storing them till our arrival, which they kindly placed in our room when we checked in.
